Service Description
Let's see if we’re a fit. We’ll review how your service business runs monthly transactions, bank/credit accounts, your QuickBooks setup (Online or Desktop), payroll needs, and any WA L&I/Excise filings. I’ll flag quick wins and outline a simple monthly close rhythm (docs by EOM + 3 business days; financials by the 5th). You’ll leave with a clear scope, a fixed monthly quote, and an onboarding checklist.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking Policy The initial consultation is complimentary and limited to 15 minutes. If we decide to work together, we will schedule an in-depth onboarding meeting to review your business, systems, and next steps in detail. Please be prepared with an overview of your business and bookkeeping needs. Consultations are held virtually and must be scheduled in advance. If you prefer a phone call instead of Zoom, please note this in the booking comments. If you are an existing client booking the 15-minute quick session, please use this time for brief support, clarification, or month-end questions. You may also message me directly through Client Hub for ongoing communication. If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals may require rebooking at the next available time.
