I’m a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with experience in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise; we run on QBO so sharing receipts and approvals is simple. I also coordinate with your CPA, so tax time doesn’t feel like a scramble.

My Story
I built ClearCreek Bookkeeping out of real field experience, and because I genuinely enjoy helping local businesses flourish and grow. For ten years I managed the finances of a mid-size construction company and lived the day-to-day realities owners face cash-flow crunches between draws, seasonality, juggling subs and materials, change orders and retainage, payroll cycles that don’t match receivables, and the constant pressure to keep margins visible and jobs priced right.

Along the way, I learned how to make QuickBooks work for crews in the field, shop crews, estimators, and project managers with job costing that actually gets used, deposits and progress billing mapped correctly, and simple weekly check-ins with a 13-week cash view to reduce surprises. I handled the paperwork too, vendor compliance, insurance certificates, and Washington filings, so I know what “on time” really means.
