Schrager Visit: May 21, 2008
Adam Schrager visited the
store to discuss his new book, The Principled
Politician: The Ralph Carr Story. We had a
good turn-out and Adam commented that Golden people
asked good questions!

Garden Club Plant Sale - May 2008
We loved
hosting the Golden Garden Club's Annual Plant Sale on
our sidewalk! They offered great prices on plants
that came right out of Golden gardens, and one lucky
plant buyer won a Clear Creek Books gift certificate!

Book Club "Does Golden"
A local book club made Clear
Creek Books the launching pad for an evening in
Golden.
The group visited the Vintner's Cellar winery (12th
& Jackson) before dinner,
then settled at the store for their discussion.
